DIGESTIVE HEALTH BRAND MANAGER

SOUTHERN EUROPE + FRANCE CLUSTER


Being a Digestive Health Brand Manager is a key leadership role within the Marketing team of the South Europe & France cluster since it's one of the biggest strongholds in the company's portfolio.


Internally you will be a key partner of the Developed Market Cluster Squad, Digestive Health Squad and participate in the Commercial Squads Meeting for primary markets.

This permanent position reports into the Senior Brand Manager and is based at Issy-Les

  • Moulineaux, France.

What will you do
The Digestive Health Brand Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy, brand equity, executions and market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands (Imodium, Fortasec and Titanoreine) as well as responsible of developing and boosting the digital-first capabilities in the whole Digestive Health portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster + France
  • Opportunity to serve as Lead Market in the development of new and ongoing initiatives, innovation pipeline & creative campaigns for Lower DH for Global and Cluster countries
  • Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements
  • Work in close partnership with the regional franchise teams and country brand activation teams in order to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster
  • Provide leadership and direction to the other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster
  • Active involvement in Developed Market and Cluster specific Squads
  • Lead local comms and media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries based on target consumer to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return
  • Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs
  • NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV
  • BMEs management
  • Demonstrate an excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition and impactful claims
  • Demonstrate an inclusive and respectful positive cando attitude

Desired Qualifications

  • College / University Degree in Business Administration, Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy
  • MBA or Marketing Master is a plus
- +5 years of experience in consumer healthcare and / or goods marketing with successful track record

  • Previous experience in the OTC business would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of the business and organizational processes as well as the market environment of J&J Consumer in Southern Europe is critical
  • English & French Language proficiency is required. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, Greek, Portuguese are considered a plus
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
