Match Simulation Developer - Boulogne-Billancourt, France - MFL

Description

As a Match Simulation Developer at MFL, you will be responsible for enhancing and improving our existing football match simulation engine.

You will work closely with the MFL founding team, including the CEO and CTO, to ensure that the simulation engine meets the highest standards of realism and user engagement.

• Enhance and improve the existing football match simulation engine
• Collaborate with the MFL founding team to create a realistic and engaging 2D simulation experience
• Develop, test, and optimize algorithms and data structures for match simulation
• Implement AI concepts in the simulation engine, such as behavior trees, state machines, and utility functions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the simulation engine integrates seamlessly with the rest of the MFL platform
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
• Stay uptodate on the latest trends and best practices in football simulation and related technologies

• Genuine passion for football and its intricacies
• Comprehensive knowledge of mathematical concepts, probability algorithms, and data structures, as applied to game simulations
• Proficiency in a programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
• Demonstrable experience in game development, simulation development, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI concepts in games, such as behavior trees, state machines, and utility functions, is highly desirable
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and keen analytical skills
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
• Excellent command of English, both in written and verbal communication
