Job title:
Customer Service Executive
Salary:
€25,000 for a one-year contract
Job Responsibility:
- Daily Order Processing
2) Ensure the requirements of the first order received are in accordance with its sales contract (per policy requirement).
3) Filling completed set of Sales order after goods delivered.
That including customer Purchase Order, Invoice, packing list, Internal Purchase Order, Invoice Packing List, Airway bill and other supporting documents.
- Daily Shipment Planning
2) Maintain shipment plan with respective sales region and respond to sales region/customer request on change of schedule on a timely basis.
3) Arrange shipment with forwarder and Beijing Logistic team once production confirms the schedule. Prepare all required documents for customs clearance.
- Customer Complaints Handling
Ensure that customers' inquiries and complaints are handled professionally, effectively and systematically in a timely manner, in accordance with the company policy.
2) Comply with "Customer Requirement Processing Procedure", "Customer Satisfaction Assessment Control Procedure", "Customer Complaint Handling Process".- Sample preparation
Administrative tasks:
additional office admin tasks will be timely requested like documents supports to reply to tenders, filling, requesting quotations. (the list is not exhaustive)

Salary: 25,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- AixenProvence (13): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
