We are looking for a passionate, results-driven and independent outgoing person to join our team.
As part of our Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for
developing, executing, and optimizing prospecting campaigns to drive lead generation for our organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various prospecting channels, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative mindset to continuously innovate and improve campaign performance.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional multiple teams, including (marketing, business development), in multiple territories (US, EMEA, APAC) at multiple levels of our organization (sales directors, territory sales managers, etc.) sales, and BDRs, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Regularly coordinate with Sales Managers to facilitate transition for qualified prospects to local sales team for meeting and quotes (put it first)
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to measure performance (put it second)
- Maintain active engagement with new/existing leads using creative followup tactics designed to increase interest in Questel's solutions
- Promote Questel events and communications (webinars, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.)
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
The perfect match...
- University degree in a related field
- 12 years of experience in sales or business development
- Ability to understand complex products in order to pitch and responds to objections
- Fluency in German and English (other languages are a strong plus)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
