LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU:


The role of the
Executive Assistant is to provide executive planning and administrative support to the Managing Director of Siemens Energy Egypt.

You would be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and serve as a liaison to various stakeholders including customers, partners as well as senior management including board level.

You will organize and coordinate executive meetings and content, external relations efforts and oversee special projects.


Executive-level administrative support

  • Business steering with regards to planning, administration, reports or organization of meeting / minutes.
  • Support and lead Company Activities (townhalls, kickoff meetings or other type of events),
  • Documentation support, including preparation of meeting agendas, briefings, correspondences and PowerPoint presentations:
  • Manage the calendar by arranging internal and external meetings and filtering appointments as required:
  • Organize/coordinate meeting schedule. Prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events,
  • Receive and arrange external and internal visitors.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with international exposure.
  • Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant position. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Should be able to work flexible hours as the role involves coordination across multiple time zones.
  • To have highly competent IT skills across standard Microsoft packages; proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint and ability to learn new tools.
  • Must have high proficiency in English.

Skills and abilities:


  • A selfstarter, capable of acting on own initiative and proactively managing competing demands and pressures and able to multitask effectively,
  • Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, oral and written communication skills and have strong attention to detail.
  • Well placed sense of judgement, able to exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality,
  • Evidence of an ability to "think outside the box" and generate and implement creative solutions.
  • To be able to work with versatility, meeting unexpected, very tight deadlines on occasion, being able to prioritize as required and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and wellwritten manner.
  • Excellent timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
