Beginning from or , FreewayCamper is looking for a team-oriented, highly results driven and passionate leader to join the team. As a Regional Manager you will be fully responsible for the operational performance within the region. You will lead the team and own the operational KPIs of your Stations.

• You are responsible for the intensive support of own Stations and those of the franchise partners (willingness to travel)
• You support the administration and management of the local entity
• You are the first point of contact for employees and franchise partners in the respective region when it comes to operational questions/issues
• You optimize processes in close coordination with the management and are responsible for the quality of your region (full operational responsibility of the region)
• You monitor the KPI's of your region and take appropriate measures to provide our customers with the best possible service
• You take over the onboarding of new partners

Your other tasks include:

• Ensuring that the vehicle fleet of the stations is maintained, cleaned, as well as in good condition and that the stations are supplied with sufficient equipment.
• Responsibility for ensuring that stations process damages according to our processes and complete them in a timely manner.
• You make sure that our customers are satisfied with the service of the stations + the product and find solutions if necessary.
• Coordination of preparations for vehicle sales, this includes but is not limited to: Test drives, open days, removal of branding, and vehicle preparation.
• You support the stations if necessary

- sometimes on weekends or evenings.


Your background:

• Completed studies in the areas of transport, logistics, quality management, tourism, business administration or similar
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience (min. 10+ employees)
• Ideally experience in managing different branches at different locations
• Experience in operational management, taking into account and monitoring the relevant KPI's
• Strong problemsolving ability and very good organizational skills
• A passion for camping, mobility, customer service and quality management
• Flexibility, ability to think "out of the box" and handson mentality
• Willing to work weekends and holidays (if needed) and to travel within your region
• Fluent in French and negotiable English skills
• Class B driver's license
