Description

Doctolib is seeking a (Senior) Software Engineer to join our Business Performance domain. Join a team passionate about transforming healthcare and playing an active role in shaping a fast-growing company from day one

As a (Senior) Software Engineer you will:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
Scope some features of the team: writes and explains the tech scoping, organizes the work of the project
Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor highquality features
Improve the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes completely challenging the status quo
Contribute to team growth and foster a collaborative environment

Who you are:

You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
You are a full stack developer with a good knowledge of both Back-End and Front-End. Our stack is React/Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued
You have a good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle
You have a "user first" mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, welltested and pragmatic code.
You have an experience in building tools in the areas of user segmentation and high throughput web systems
You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture
You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring.

The interview process:

45 min phone screen with a Tech Recruiter
Live coding interview (60 minutes)
System Design interview (90 minutes)
Methodology interview (75 minutes)
Half day immersion
