Job summary
A leading global financial services group is seeking an experienced Vice President Institutional Sales to support the expansion of its long‑only asset management offering across Europe.The firm manages strategies across equities fixed income and multi‑asset and is looking to strengthen its European presence by raising assets from institutional investors and strategic distribution partners.
This is a growth-focused role for a commercially driven individual with a strong network across European institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to raise assets for the firms long‑only investment strategies across key European markets.
- Originate and manage relationships with institutional investors including pension funds insurers consultants family offices private banks.
- Identify new distribution channels partnership opportunities across region work closely invest teams understand products positioning competitive differentiation lead end-to-end sales process product presentations due-diligence coordination RFP support onboarding maintain deep understanding regulatory requirements distribution norms Europe represent firm industry conferences roadshows investor meetings provide ongoing market insights client feedback senior management product teams
