We're offering an exciting internship opportunity for an aspiring Artist Service Representative. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative paid services that empower artists worldwide.

Working closely with the Head of Artist Services, you'll contribute to our service initiatives, managing crucial operational activities from inception to execution.

Our ongoing projects include a unique digital ad service and a platform connecting artists with international gallerists for portfolio reviews.

Responsibilities:

Under the direct mentorship of the Head of Artist Services, you will:

Conceptualize and launch service tests inspired by international benchmarks and artists' needs.
Engage directly with artists to promote new services, encourage subscriptions, and gather essential feedback.
Handle operational tasks related to service tests, such as creating social media ads and reviewing feedback from gallerists.
Participate in the scaling of successful services and propose potential additional services for testing.
Assist in the analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the performance of tested or scaled services.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations regarding the direction of service tests.
Collaborate effectively with different teams to ensure successful services launch.

Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field; familiarity with the Art Market is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm for our projects and persuade artists to subscribe.
Creativity and exceptional writing skills for effective communication.
An agile problemsolver who can multitask and devise innovative solutions to challenges.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German is beneficial.
An understanding of project management principles is advantageous.
