Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing will be passionate about creating the best digital buyer journey (working closely with Brand & Communications and Operations team) and responsible for the commercial performance of the direct sales with co-responsibility for the Amazon commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and managing monthly budgets to achieve the growth plans for all markets, as aligned at the start of each fiscal year.
- Monitoring and benchmarking performance across customer touch points and identifying opportunities for further improvements both short and longterm.
- Leading the Paid acquisition, Website (including project management, creative & development), CRM and Marketing data analysis teams in technical expertise and driving conversions
- Create a culture of collaboration, agility and continuous learning with a relentless focus on the customer, data and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 810 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing areas
- Experience owning and delivering against annual sale's target
- Team leadership, ideally in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in setting and managing a strategy and roadmap
- Experience overseeing multiple markets
- Knowledge of SQL, Git, Agile Methodology a plus
- Passion for driving the best customer experience
- Commercial & analytically oriented
- Ability to balance high level strategy and enter detail when necessary
- Motivation for coaching a top performing team
