- Organiser les différentes phases du projet, les plannings et le fonctionnement (instances de pilotage, indicateurs de performance, équipe, répartition des activités, livrables …).
- Piloter les instances du projet.
- Animer l'équipe, supervise le déroulement du projet en relation avec les managers concernés et contrôle les réalisations dans le respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité.
- Identifier les contraintes et les risques liés au projet et propose des actions préventives.
- Appliquer la méthode de gestion de projet A3P.
- Fournir à la cellule PMO du Programme, des informations fiables et dans les délais attendus, pour la production du Reporting consolidé.
- Gérer et animer la communication auprès des équipes et des instances opérationnelles du projet.
- Réaliser le bilan du projet, identifier les axes d'améliorations potentiels et bonnes pratiques et veille à leur bonne utilisation et diffusion.

Description
Au sein de DTSI Vous mettez en œuvre et conduisez le projet dans le but d'obtenir un résultat optimal et conforme aux exigences du programme en ce qui concerne la qualité, les performances, le coût, le délai et la sécurité sur l'ensemble des chantiers sur la composante SI du projet.
Le profil recherché
Vous avez piloté des projets Système d'Informations de plus de 3000 jh dans toute leur complexité :
Vous sécurisez le projet en évaluant et priorisant les risques et en proposant et suivant les plans d'actions et de préventions adaptés. Vous veillez au respect des engagements pris par la DTSI sur le triptyque coûts / contenu, qualité / délais et garantissez les niveaux de services contractualisés avec le client.
Niveau d'études
Vous êtes de formation BAC + 5 et plus (École d'Ingénieur(e), Université)
Niveau d'expérience
Vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience ou plus dans le secteur Assurances ou sur des projets de mise en place de chaînes de dématérialisation de courriers entrants ou sortants
