- Coordinate and support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring all open roles are filled within SLA and meet quality standards.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and TA Leads to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Support the TA Manager in managing recruitment‑related projects such as new client implementations, hiring ramp‑ups, or process rollouts.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Training, HR, and IT) during project launches.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and elevate or resolve them proactively.
- Maintain accurate recruiting dashboards and reports, tracking progress against hiring targets, attrition, and other KPIs.
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement in sourcing, screening, or onboarding.
- Present data‑driven insights to leadership to support planning and decision‑making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Help evaluate and implement tools, systems, or automation to improve TA efficiency.
- Document processes and ensure team alignment with updated workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned lines of business (LOBs) or clients, providing regular hiring updates and addressing escalations.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Represent TA in cross‑functional meetings as needed.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Data‑driven with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards.

Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager supports the strategic and operational goals of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function by coordinating recruiting activities, managing hiring projects, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
This role bridges hands‑on recruiting with leadership support - tracking performance metrics, managing reporting, and assisting with new client or program implementations.
The TA Assistant Manager acts as a key liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience.
