Job Title: Diversity, Equity Officer

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies to increase diversity in recruitment processes;


• Creating training programs on bias, sensitivity, and cultural competence;


• Investigating complaints regarding discrimination or harassment;


• Auditing current practices to minimize bias in all aspects of organizational life including but not limited; recruitment, communication and benefits packages;/div
