The Opportunity

At Airbus Helicopters, our purpose is to ?pioneer sustainable aviation for a safe & united world?. To do so, we are constantly working on further developing our products and / or launching new programs.

As an Industrial Architect you will join a transnational team of highly motivated and valuable people who are involved in the industrialization of the helicopters of tomorrow, developing highly flexible industrial solutions and working in close cooperation with our design team to integrate the latest production standards.

Your Accountabilities

As an Industrial Architect M/F you will be responsible to lead the
industrialisation of our new helicopter programs a
nd represents the Operations directorate during the complete helicopter development phase: definition of industrial requirements, set-up of new assembly lines, etc.

The Industrial Architect interacts with a large
transnational ecosystem within

Airbus Group:
internal production organisations, Strategic and Operational Procurement, Engineering, Support & Service and Quality.

Your Main Responsibilities

Production management

- industrial architecture and product / process definition: definition of the production and assembly concepts, process analysis and optimisation including related logístical flows, definition of technically optimised installation solutions, production and control means and maintenance activities
- definition and validation of the Maturity Plan
- definition of new production lines (specifications and related implementation as project team) and participation to innovation projects.

Coengineering

- creation of the industrial specification, alignment and trade-off of sub-system specifications against industrial requirement
- collaboration with design to define the best industrial interfaces, validate the helicopter architecture in secure a high integrability of the different system.

Project management

- for your dedicated work package planning and monitoring of the associated deliverables in quality and costs targets and lead of cross-functional project teams

Required Educational Background:
engineer degree or equivalent

Level of Experience:
valuable experience in a production area

experience in design beneficial

knowledge in project management

Required tools/language knowledge:

French:
negation level

English:
negotiation level

German and/or Spanish:
optional

SAP and Catia basic knowledge optional but beneficial

Required Soft Skills:
team player
