EMC Programme Manager to join our
-
Degree Programmes Department. This is 9-months contract position that will be based on our Europe Campus in France.

  • The INSEAD Executive Master in Change (EMC) is available to top executives around the world. The job holder is responsible and accountable for all logístical and administrative aspects involved in organizing the EMC Programme in Fontainebleau for the annual September Intake.


The
Programme Manager is responsible for managing the preparation, running and follow-up of several different and disparate cohorts simultaneously and will work closely with the other EMC programme mangers based in Fontainebleau & Singapore.

The pedagogical success of a programme strongly depends on the administrative and logístical quality.

The job holder has a pivotal role acting as the central link between the senior management team, faculty, the school, the participants, INSEAD's internal services and external suppliers.

The job holder has an important public relations role representing INSEAD, thus contributing to the Institute's Mission and value.


Key responsibilities will include:

Participants' Relationship Management: Act as primary contact, and responsible for representing INSEAD by communicating with participants before, during and after the programme. The job holder holds an important public relations role via daily presence during programme delivery, interaction during social events, and personalized follow-up post-module.

Logistics & Administration: Responsible for ensuring smooth programme delivery by overseeing all administrative/logístical aspects related to the preparation and the delivery of our programmes. Gather and centralize all relevant information from stakeholders and liaise with internal departments.

Communication & Feedback: Actively listen to and analyse participants' feedback on programme progress and content and relay important information to programme directors. Ensure prompt implementation of any quick wins while monitoring and following up with any feedback that requires long-term enhancement. Including but not limited to organisation of graduation ceremony, organisation of thesis workshops and thesis presentation day.

Knowledge & Event Management: To ensure consistent service delivery for all programmes, the jobholder must establish and maintain comprehensive and updated guidelines, electronic filing, and archiving system. Furthermore, demonstrate a willingness to share valuable insights and information relevant to the programme with various counterparts across campuses.

Process improvement and Innovation: Initiate actions and take ownership of projects to improve the efficiency of work, reduce costs, improve the quality of service, and contribute to developing processes on an ongoing basis to provide excellence and innovation in our programme delivery.

Other responsibilities: When needed, the Programme Manager may be involved in onboarding new joiners and supporting other Executive Degree Programmes. Supporting EMC alumni initiatives, including certain aspects of projects and data collection as needed.


Requirements:

  • Digitally savvy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PeopleSoft, Canvas (LMS) Qualtrics, Business Objects, social networks (LinkedIn), Turnitin, CV-Trust, Baseware PO Management, etc.)
  • Able to commit to work after office hours, Public Holidays and weekends due to the nature of the programme operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and cultural sensitivity with a diplomatic and positive demeanour
  • Fluent in English and French. Other languages would be an advantage.
