Job Overview:

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts and drive business growth.

As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a monetization strategy that leverages gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams.

This role requires a strategic and experienced revenue leader who can think creatively, build high-performing revenue teams, and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute our revenue generation strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive team
Build and manage a worldclass revenue team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market, and use this to inform revenue decisions
Drive revenue growth through targeted and effective monetization strategies, including gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams
Manage our revenue budget and measure and report on key revenue metrics
Identify and implement new revenue streams and partnerships to drive business growth

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in revenue generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in building successful revenue programs in the gaming industry
Strong revenue skills, with expertise in gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
