Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts and drive business growth.
As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a monetization strategy that leverages gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams.
This role requires a strategic and experienced revenue leader who can think creatively, build high-performing revenue teams, and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute our revenue generation strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive team
- Build and manage a worldclass revenue team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market, and use this to inform revenue decisions
- Drive revenue growth through targeted and effective monetization strategies, including gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams
- Manage our revenue budget and measure and report on key revenue metrics
- Identify and implement new revenue streams and partnerships to drive business growth
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building successful revenue programs in the gaming industry
- Strong revenue skills, with expertise in gamification, digital items, subscriptions, emojis, skins, badges, and other revenue streams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
