What you'll do:

For the Business Intelligence/Analytics client of Business Obejcts Enterprise (WebIntelligence), in the backend team, we are experimenting some technology changes/move to support more platforms/OS (Cloud, MacOS, Serverless execution )

The WebIntelligence backend is principally in c/c++.

Several technologies are currently in the pipe to address these move:

Recompile all stack to verify the ability to address some others OS in a native compilation way (like MacOS)
WebAssembly, to compile some part of our c++ backend, and execute it every where including inside a Browser or on a server (with wasmtime )
Replace some Corba technology by HTTP

During this internship, You will participate on these 3 technologies

What you bring:

Engineering school
School of computer science or university equivalent the level of bac + 3 to bac +
Strong C++ programming skills
Compilation/compiler skills (LLVM/Clang)
Ability to analyze and break down complex problems
Good knowledge of software design
Written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Team spirit and desire to find solutions to improve the product

Meet your team:

Within the WebIntelligence development team, the objective will be to evolve our software to be able to support more Platforms (Mac OS, on the Cloud) with compilation work, and replace part of the corba code in HTTP.

Duration of intenship: 5 to 6 months
