As a global player and buyer of goods and services, European Procurement Organization leverages technical excellence to develop best TCO solutions to secure the Arcelormittal's supply chain, while providing efficient and reliable services to internal customers commonly called "Users".

EPO negotiates the purchases contracts of products and services for the group mills worldwide, designing and implementing relevant strategies to anticipate market evolutions and establish transformation programs.

Missions:

Sourcing strategy
Support global buyers to design and rollout strategy applicable for organic coatings
Prepare reports and position paper
Followup breakthrough technologies, market dynamics and companies evolution
Contract design
Redefine pricing lists with existing suppliers
Negotiate services levels agreements with vendors
Follow up market intelligence data on supply chain
Vendor management
Proceed to contracts review with suppliers
Monitor quality management systems, claims and nonconformities
P roject management (existing specific business and future)
Analysis of products portfolio and identify all potential aera of savings
Follow up KPIs and monitoring of purchasing gain
Define report for regular communication within project team and the management
