Team and Role:

Based in Paris, work with a global team responsible for the end-to-end delivery in relation to the construction of a global Data Center portfolio.

The intern will have the opportunity to learn from a high performing global construction project management team working across a number of different projects in Paris and Bordeaux.

The intern will also have the opportunity to see first hand the construction of colocation and hyperscale data center projects.

Assignments and Responsibilities:

Supporting the Global construction project management team in relation to:

Project/Construction management from land acquisition to customer handover
Vendor Relations
Contract Administration
Policy & Procedure Application

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):

A Bachelors degree in construction, construction project management and /or Services engineering or similar.
Eagerness to learn off the people around them.
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong communication skills
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (_Graduation between December 2023September 2024)_
Available to work fulltime for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (_between May to September, depending on your school system_)
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively and effectively in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English & French
Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others
Analytically driven and detailoriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
