Context:


As Training Specialist, you will join a large-scale project aimed at enhancing the Hermès retail supply chain performance through the implementation of SAP Retail.


You will act as an operational training support to contribute to the successful adoption of the new processes and system by supporting the definition, design, and delivery of comprehensive training paths to our employees at central and local level.


Your expertise in training methodologies and instructional design, as well as store operations will be essential to drive effective knowledge transfer and support the overall success of the project.


You will report to the SAP Change Lead and collaborate closely with Business Owners and the IT implementation's Change Team.

This position may require travels in France and abroad.


Main activities:


Training Strategy

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders (business and IT team) to understand the scope and objectives of the project.
  • Help analyze training needs of endusers impacted by the transformation at store level.
  • Help define the training design and deployment strategy, as well as the training curriculum and training paths.

Training Materials Design

  • Participate in training design framing and review workshops to act as the link between business teams, IT teams and training designers.
  • Design the conception of training materials (presentations, online tutorials, videos) and provide inputs to ensure training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with endusers' roles and responsibilities.

Training Delivery

  • Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, or webinars to upskill Train the Trainers (TTT) and endusers on the functionalities and features of the new SAP solution which are related to their role and business context.
  • Coordinate with local teams and organize the logistics of facetoface training sessions: book dates and location, send invitations to participants, prepare signin sheets, ensure training environments are ready for practice
  • Upload digital training materials on the appropriate platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to TTT and trainees, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges during the training process.

Training Evaluation

  • Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training paths through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure knowledge transfer and training outcomes.
  • Help identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to training activities, attendance, and performance to track progress and measure the impact of the training initiatives.

Profil:


  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience, preferably on international projects related to store operations, supply chain or IT implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with luxury, supply chain and store operations concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and train diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID.
  • Fluent in English
