Job Description:


Join an International and dynamic team playing a central role by steering and monitoring Direct Sales Performance at Business Line/Use Case level & coordinating Ecommerce country managers for a set of countries.


Your main missions would be to:

  • Increase Ecommerce Revenue & Online share.
  • Coordinate Ecom Managers from a set of countries, monitoring and steering online performance with the countries.
  • Lead transversal initiatives to grow online direct Revenue & Profit.

Major areas of accountability:

Increase Ecommerce Revenue & Online share

  • Ensuring Online direct Budget/targets, monitoring and steering by Business Line/Use Case.
  • Acting as a Hub between Business Lines & Ecom & D2B teams. Ensuring the prioritisation and business specification for functional evolution & performance improvement for Business Lines & country products and brands.
  • Develop and execute a Business and Communication Digital Marketing plan to achieve budget and business goals in a competitive digital ecosystem aligned with the stakeholders and countries.
  • Optimise, aligned with Digital Marketing function, the investment to increase our ROI.
  • Identify and propose Ecom Best Practices, aligned with the Digital Product Ecom function, throughout the digital platforms and digital customer journey by Business Line/Use Case.

Coordinate Country Ecommerce Managers, acting as a hub between their Countries of responsibility and the Ecom & D2B team

  • Ensuring Country targets are achieved/beat.
  • Lead weekly ecommerce business calls with countries, monitoring and analysing online performance on majors KPis, defining Action Plans to be implemented and followup.
  • Organise regular ecommerce Country Manager Meetings to share best practices and Ecommerce group strategy.

Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels Revenue & Profit:

  • Propose digital solutions and improved sales approach to increase online direct Revenue & share
  • Identify and roll out Best Practice initiatives across countries & Business Lines.
  • Working cross functionally with the Business Lines team to ensure online digital targets are achieved

Contrat :
Fixed-term contract as of now until July 16th 2023 (maternity leave replacement).


Position based in Paris

Qualifications:


Previous experience:


  • Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in e Commerce & Product Marketing in an international Environment.
  • Analytical & Performance management experience.
  • Experience working in Project mode, coordinating initiatives cross functionally and deploying them across countries
  • Fundamentals on eComm tools and Digital Marketing channels are a plus.

Education level / certificates :
Master degree in web marketing/e-commerce/business school or equivalent.


Languages:
Fluent in English, another European language is a plus.


Computer skills and software used:
Pack office, Ecom software, Google tools etc
