We are now looking for our new
IT Support Apprentice.Reporting to our
IT Support Manager, you will join the
IT team.
What you will do:
- Manage, maintain and integrate a variety of SaaS tools
- Troubleshooting and administering OSX
- Manage Network via Unifi
- Onboarding new employees, including setup of systems
- Creation or updates of documentation
- Provide firstlevel contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
You are in the right place if:

- You have at least one internship experience on a similar position

- Knowledge with Kandji
