Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior FinOps Consultant located in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. The Senior FinOps Consultant will be responsible for delivering FinOps best practices and solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing cloud financial data, developing and implementing cost-saving strategies, optimizing cloud usage, conducting training workshops on cloud cost management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources while improving financial performance. The role will also involve conducting assessments, generating reports, and providing expert consultation to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cloud Financial Operations, Cost Optimization, and Budgeting
• Experience in Consulting, Stakeholder Communication, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their cost management tools
• Analytical skills for financial data analysis and reporting
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic solutions
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Familiarity with industry trends in Cloud Computing and FinOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, IT, or related fields
• FinOps Certified Practitioner, or a similar certification, is highly preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the context of cloud or IT operations
