Job summary
We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to support the application of contract terms and conditions to various supplier/subcontractor agreements. The successful candidate will have experience in project execution related to the fossil or nuclear power plant market. Key responsibilities include performing reviews of supplier/subcontractor deviations, supporting face-to-face negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on T&Cs issues, providing input and guidance to supply chain on Westinghouse governance procedural requirements affecting supply chain operations and procurements.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or recognized equivalent required
- Minimum of 10 years project execution related experience in the fossil or nuclear power plant market required
