    Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us in a permanent position as soon as possible at our campus in Le Mans.

    Within the Le Mans campus, you will be responsible for promoting all school programs and services using various means to attract clients.

    Specifically, what will your tasks be?

    • Conducting competitive and economic monitoring,
    • Participating in the development of the Youth Commercial Action Plan and in budget planning,
    • Prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting our programs during appointments,
    • Assisting in organizing different events,
    • Promoting the school at fairs, open days, and visits to high schools,
    • Ensuring follow-up on enrollments,
    • Contributing to student retention,
    • Engaging in social media activities,

    You will also be responsible for expanding and retaining the client portfolio by offering a comprehensive package in line with program references, ensuring the placement of students in apprenticeships, and supporting companies in managing their skills through the following tasks:

    • Gathering and qualifying companies' skills management needs,
    • Assisting companies in administrative contract arrangements and monitoring their progress,
    • Monitoring young people and apprentices,
    • Supporting and coaching students in their professional integration,
    • Reteining and animating the portfolio of companies,
    • Contributing to the payment of the apprenticeship tax.

    On a daily basis, you will communicate, advise, and meet the expectations of various stakeholders (students, parents, companies, alumni).

    Profile

    You have a minimum Bac+3 qualification and previous experience in sales, with a strong interest in the education/training sector.
