• The Vehicle Delivery Administrator is responsible for ensuring efficient handling of customer orders and deliveries, across all sales channels. This includes New Cars, the LYNK & CO subscription model, and Used Car sales. The administrator is the link between internal sales teams, our engagement centre, logistics and our lastmile service teams.
• We are currently looking or a summer intern to work in the
  Vehicle Delivery team at Lynk & Co. The position will be available from
  mid June mid August. Specific dates will be discussed during the recruitment process.

• Lead for the Used Car Sales administrative processes
• Filter and handle inbound post linked to VIN registration, customer enquiries and authority payments
• Lead for customer fine handling
• Administrative support linked to VIN delivery (insurance fleet management, Criteria approvals)
• Take part in the Order to Delivery process for cash and Month to Month deliveries
  What you should have
• Experience involving administration around sales or delivery is a big plus
• A passion for administration and learning processes with the aim of optimization
• Proven knowledge and basics (advanced are a plus) of MS package: Word, Excel, Outlook at minimum.
