Regional Director of Teaching & Learning Secondary EU
ONE SCHOOL GLOBAL is recruiting an experienced Regional Director of Teaching & Learning Secondary for the EU region.

We currently have an opportunity as Regional Director of Teaching & Learning Secondary.

The role is suited to applicants who have a solid experience within Secondary Education, have a good command of English, ready to lead the way for our teachers and students, by sharing their knowledge and expertise as a part of our Teaching and Learning Department


Essential:

Qualified Teacher of secondary age students.

  • A successful teacher able to understand the challenges of the secondary classroom.
  • Experience in a principal or senior educational leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience of strategic leadership of teaching, curriculum, and assessment within a Secondary school setting.
  • Experience of leading and delivering strategic improvement of student outcomes.
  • Experience of analysing and using student performance data to improve standards.
  • Experience facilitating strategic and school improvement planning processes. Experience leading change.
  • Managing the administration of uptodate records.

Desirable:


  • Higher level qualification in Educational Leadership and Management
  • Experience leading educational curriculum and/or teaching and learning strategy across multiple, geographically distributed sites.
  • Experience of teaching and learning in a technologyrich environment.
  • Experience working in environments with high levels of community engagement.
  • Experience working in a variety of schools, or with a broader range of professionals.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
