- Coordinate the closure processes of the public establishment in a context of financial function transformation;
- Prepare monthly synthetic statements for the Performance Direction and Business Units;
- Contribute to the implementation of coherence controls;
- Analyze monthly accounts and supervise account justifications (especially the balance sheet accounts);
- Participate in the production of monthly and annual financial statements (tax package, annual financial report...);
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.

01. Description of the Position
RATP Evolution Services is a private subsidiary of the RATP Group. Established in July 2022, RATP Evolution Services combines the shared Finance/HR activities. We handle the accounting for the Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens as well as the future subsidiaries to be created in the context of the competition of bus networks in Île-de-France.
We are looking for a accountable synthesis manager (M/F) to join our Accounting CSP. Reporting to the Responsible for Accounting Synthesis and General Accounting, you will ensure the quality of the accounting information of the public establishment RATP. The position is based in Paris 12th.
You will:
A degree in accounting and auditing (DSCG) or a master's in business management,
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably gained in an industrial or transport environment.
Your teamwork skills, communication, and listening make you a committed collaborator. You are meticulous, involved, and autonomous. You also have strong analytical skills and a genuine curiosity. You are proficient in office tools.
