Your key responsibilities:

Applies flavors in various food products for Sweet Goods (dairy, bakery, confectionary and pharmaceutical) and Beverage
Preparing tasting sessions including tasting sheets and documentation
Preparation of sample shipments including documentation

You bring:

Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a food (mainly Dairy, Beverages, Bakery & Confectionary), or food ingredients/chemicals with excellent laboratory practices.
High sensory sensibility.
Some practical experience in the laboratory / food industry
Fluent in French and English
Willing to travel
