Connected services that mainly allow customers to interact remotely with their vehicle are a very important aspect of today's car manufacturers offer.

AMIEO IS organization supports both implementation and maintenance of Nissan Connected Services for existing and future vehicles.

The IS Connected Services domain is looking for an IS
Business Analyst to reinforce the existing team.


Job Overview:


Overall objective is to
drive solution definition (high level and low-level design) for Connected Services related topics by relying on business requirements and existing systems architecture.

This work will be done in coordination with other key stakeholders/functions including affected Business teams and other IS teams (Architecture, IT, other domains) at both Regional and Global levels.


Primary Responsibilities and Activities:


  • Main interface with affected Business teams and other functions in the context of topics to be addressed within the Connected Services area.
  • Solution design by ensuring alignment with Business and IT strategies and according to the organization standards/objectives in terms of Architecture, Security, Project Methodology, and Budget.
  • Documentation of key project artefacts in coordination with other affected stakeholders.

Education and Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.


Experience:


Typically has 3 to 5 years of systems analysis, programming experience, business requirements analysis ideally on Connected Services or similar/related fields.


Required Knowledge and Skills:


  • Experience in systems analysis, functional design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge in systems design (e.g. Data Flow Diagrams, Data Models, etc.).
  • Good understanding of software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, testing methodologies and deployment management.

Key Behavior and Competencies:


  • Good analytical, problem solving and logical writing skills.
  • Ability to define and implement a structured approach to deal with topics and challenges.
  • Good oral and written communication skills towards a variety of stakeholders (IS and Business).
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
