Main responsibilities and tasks:


  • Manage and support the Ipsen Mac program & develop future roadmaps.
  • Manage and support Mobile Devices Management solution (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)
  • Verify technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Information Security colleagues to ensure design principles and implementation practices are well aligned with security objectives and larger strategy.
  • Verify technical problems are resolved in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Manage Outsourced partners and vendors for contract compliance.


  • Project Management

  • Develop necessary project plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects. This includes tracking statistical data, performing research, outlining project tasks, and developing necessary management reporting.

Knowledge, abilities & experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 5+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multitasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT or organization.
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and
  • Experience with Apple Developer Program (Certificate, Provisioning Profiles, App ID's)
  • Subject Matter Expert Mobile Device Management (Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
  • JAMF Certification a plus
