YOUR ROLE
The Marketing Manager will define & orchestrate the marketing offer for the product and the industry under scope. She/he is in charge to increase customer engagement, demand generation and customer experience on its perimeter.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Execute and orchestrate the go to market:

  • Ensure Competitive intelligence.
  • Design offers, define and manage the go to Market.
  • Produce hybrid content for marketing campaigns (Inbound and outbound content)
  • Orchestrate the campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing network to orchestrate their campaign.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.

Ensure sales enablement over the sales cycle (Before sales/ sales and after sales):

  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales managers & product managers and support services.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide effective training content for sales reps.
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams (sales playbook, sales learning, sales content).
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
  • Use performance data to enhance content engagement (customer and sales).
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master 2 Marketing or equivalent
  • BTOB marketing gained in an international environment.
  • Project management experience, great capacity for analysis.
  • Writing skills for different medias
  • English fluent
  • Social network
  • IT skills: Pack Office including collaborative M360 tools.
  • Ability to devise and imagine new solutions for systems, concepts and/or standards; and to optimize, improve and reconsider existing ones by demonstrating openmindedness.
  • Ability to pass on a message by adapting to the target audience using one's teaching skills.
  • Ability to mobilize, communicate, train and assist the managers and various people involved to ensure management of change.
  • Ability to commit, in the framework of one's scope of management.
  • Ability to understand customer's multiple expectations (external and internal) and to offer solutions that best respond to their needs and requirements, taking into account context and constraints.
  • Ability to formalize and plan all the actions to be carried out for the proper achievement of a project, in respect of the allocated resources and in coordination with the different contacts.
