Alstom Corporate Treasury is looking for an intern to accompany its ongoing transformation projects pertaining to cash management matters.


The intern will evolve in an international environment and will be exposed to challenging projects aiming at building the new Treasury Cash Management environment and implementing innovative services rendered for the Group subsidiaries.

These projects being essential for the Group are under scrutiny by Senior Management, involving regular meetings and presentation of progress to date to the Group CFO and VP Treasury & Financing.

The intern who will join us will be key in ensuring that the below projects are successful:

  • Deployment of the new bank accounts set up following the conclusion of a worldwide Request for Proposal and the associated change management in each subsidiaries' ERP (SAP systems notably), payroll systems, with the Country Treasurers (US, Canada, Europe, ) and I&ST teams
  • Definition of the governance required to maintain a stateofthe art control environment over payments, propose solutions to monitor the ebanking platforms' used and develop some reporting using BI tools (Qliksense)
  • Deployment of innovative services working closely with other Treasury departments (Cash Management, Treasury Project, etc.): use of Virtual Accounts, creation of a payment factory
  • Securing the Go Live of the new Treasury Management System (Diapason) by Mar24 support the Cash Management team in all workshops, user acceptance tests, training of endusers

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in English and confirmed proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint are imperative
  • The internship is open to students with master's degree in Finance or Treasury, in their last year or doing a gap year of business school majoring in Finance.

Start of internship:
March 2023


Length of internship & location: 6 months minimum, St Ouen, Headquarters of the Group
