Product Line Controlling Manager.

Position based in Reyrieux (69), Lyon area.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

You are the Finance Business Partner to our compressors Product Line Head
You will be responsible of all financial planning and analysis of the PL business, ensuring efficient controlling processes, data transparency, and analyses to support continued profitable growth of the business
Effectively cooperate and communicate across the organization, both horizontally and vertically
Responsible for liaising with other Group functions (GS Finance, Corporate Functions, Danfoss Regions, DCS Supply Chain Services etc.) to ensure smooth operations and performance improvements continuously
An active member of the CC Finance Team and support crossPL collaboration wherever possible
People leader to drive the development of team members and ensure the right competences for future success

Background & Skills:

At least 5 years experienced in FP&A preferably a Master's degree but Bachelor could also work, depending on experience level.
IFRS knowledge
Ability to perform in a multinational enterprise, matrix structure, and across cultures. Preferably with experience from leading a cross cultural team, but an alternative can be an experienced IC who has been taking a lead and had indirect reporting lines instead.
English fluent both written and oral.
Proactive and taking ownership of the topics at hand including a keen sense of urgency
Eager to learn and develop fast
