Graduate Program CIB Global Markets Paris, Trading F/M
The Graduate Programme CIB Global Markets Paris in a nutshell:
This 12 months rotational programme is designed to provide you with first-class training and rapid autonomy.
You will join BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) with a permanent contract starting with a 3-week training before moving on to a full-time role in one of our Trading teams.
During the programme you will experiment a rotation with one of the Trading teams in Paris and you will also have the opportunity to interact with the other Global Markets teams : Structuring, Quantitative Research, Primary.
A mentor and a Buddy will also be assigned to you, to help you in your professional development and your integration.
What will be your daily life during your first 12 months ?
You will be part of a team that markets a full range of products related to an asset class.
You will become familiar with the execution of transactions and risk management and be involved in this process.
You will support business activities by analysing opportunities, producing research data and market analysis for an internal and external audience.
You will develop commercial relationships and modelling tools to help the trading desk further improve its monitoring of risks and markets.

Are you our next CIB Global Markets Graduate (F/M)?
Yes if you have graduated less than two years ago with up to 12 months of professional experience (off-the-job, alternance) from the date of graduation.
You are graduated with a Master degree from a business school, an engineering school or university with a specialisation in market finance with a relevant internship in that field.
You master MS Office, VBA and other coding languages.
