ainsi que son Pavillon; un restaurant brasserie _La Véranda_ et son _Bar galerie_, un restaurant gastronomique étoilé _Gordon Ramsay_; des salons et centres de conférences pour l'organisation de divers événements; ainsi qu'un centre fitness et son luxueux _Spa Guerlain.

JOB AIMS

  • To ensure GCE clients followup and satisfaction while on site and establish customer loyalty

JOB OBJECTIVES

  • To greet and follow/assist GCE clients while on site
  • To interact with other departments and suppliers to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations in pro active manner with attention to details.
  • To alert operational team and hotel management for any function not prepared in conformity with the BEOs and TMVs.
  • To take care of all the last minute requests / changes while the GCE client is on site (Delphi updates).
  • To conduct pre con meetings with GCE clients and operational team
  • To upsell hotel service while the client is on site.
  • To measure the guest satisfaction and debrief hotel management accordingly (Exit Interview).
  • To participate in weekly Ops meeting (BEO & TMV meetings) to have all the necessary information for the upcoming events.
  • To make sure of accurate group billing in collaboration with Credit Manager (daily checks in accordance with billing instructions, excel sheet recap based on micros charges corresponding with ONQ invoice and signed contract), update Delphi and pick up complete
  • In charge of Inhouse meetings
  • Plug help in low season, if possible and if needed only.
  • Edition of the Daily and weekly report and Billing instructions
  • Check routing for the rooms (ONQ and TMV)
  • VIP List
  • Plug Rooming list
