Clinical Research Associate
VCLS is seeking a highly motivated, curious and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team.

As a CRA, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

You will work closely with study sites, investigators, and the study team to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.
  • Perform source data verification and review of clinical trial documentation.
  • Assist in the development and review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other trialrelated documents.
  • Collaborate with study sites and investigators to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely data collection and submission.
  • Monitor study progress and provide regular updates and reports to the study team.
  • Ensure adherence to study timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct training and provide ongoing support to study site personnel.
  • Maintain study files and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of studyspecific processes and SOPs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcarerelated field.
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel to study sites as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
