MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Carries out maintenance, repairs and improvements to all the hotel's plumbing installations.
  • Prepares the work to be carried out and monitors the intervention of specialized outside firms from a technical point of view.
  • Manages a consumables and spare parts store.
  • Checks all technical premises and understands the cause of any breakdown.
  • Essentially replaces worn or faulty parts (seals, valves, locks, etc.), dismantling/reassembling equipment.
  • Compiles maintenance files to track all work carried out.
  • Interacts positively with all team members to guarantee customers the service expected of a luxury establishment.

PROFILE:


  • Diagnostic skills
  • Listening to customers.
  • Network balancing, water treatment, welding copper, steel, highpressure PVC, multilayer PVC, drainage networks, grease treatment, replacement of fittings, etc.
  • Knowledge of pool water treatment and electricity (solenoid valve and meter replacement).
  • Thoroughness and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
