Job Description:

POSITION TITLE _Group Fleet Planning manager and business support for countries_

Reporting to Group Head of Fleet Planning, Profitability and Tools_

Main objectives:

Guarantee optimization of fleet plans by activity and by countries
Ensure the deployment of the Fleet Planning tool in the countries in line with Group strategy (output on categories/brands profitability and financing needs) and steering further enhancements of the tool
Share best practices and fleet plan recommendations between countries, creating the Fleet Planners community

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Guarantee optimized and attainable Fleet Plans elaboration
Organize the work together with the countries to deliver according Budget and forecast timeline
Ensure fleet plans are elaborated with the planning tool in all countries and ensure quality of the optimization by activities and brands
Establish the process controls to have the proper monitoring of the accuracy and quality of the fleet plan elaboration
Ensure the right development of the Fleet Planning Tool in line with Group strategy (output on categories/brands profitability and financing needs)
Ensure consistency of method through across the team
Guarantee Group practice for fleet planning activities and processes
Strengthen knowhow of the team and develop competencies
Share best practices and fleet plan recommendations to countries
Create the Fleet Planners community and build up the team working
Establish effective communication with Fleet Director and their team (planning execution, sourcing ect) in the countries
Chase the plan if needed, understand and agree on the local constraints applied
Give support to fleet planners if misalignments with countries' Fleet Director / CFO / Local management
Align with the Fleet Group strategy and regularly share the results of the elaboration
Share elaboration results with Finance, when needed
