Description
We are looking for projectlead for a successfactors roll-out in France, Paris.The client is implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll within several countries in Europe and insourcing payroll processes from the current payroll providers.
You will be responsible for:
- Define the business requirements for the payroll system, in the context of the whole HR process chain, compliant with French rules and regulations and the orgranizations working conditions;
- Design, standardize and implement of the new processes risk and control Matrix and documentation in line with the way of working of HR Services;
- Work together with the current payroll supplier to get a detailed insight on the current way of working and with the team lead of the company service teams on the new way of working;
- Work together with the test manager on setting up testcases to test the business requirement and process risks; responsible for full acceptance testing and shadow run;
- Guide the team in the way of working in HR payroll teams and dependencies with HR admin teams and service delivery;
- Setting up the communication, change and training plan
Your profile:
- In depth knowledge of SAP Payroll and HR (HCM, SuccessFactors, ECP)
- Experience with project management and organizational change management
- Experience with specification of requirements and user acceptance testing
- Fluent in French and English language
- Willing to work with the team on site in Paris on a regular base
