Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Operations Division. As part of this team you will ensure the smooth delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle by managing critical project processes driving project renewals and serving as the primary point of contact externally internally regarding clients operations- Manage client operations: Handle quote timesheet validation for non autonomous clients ensuring PO upload consumption allowing smooth invoicing
- Drive project renewals Accountable anticipating ending projects providing support securing renewals business continuity
- Act as primary contact Serve go-to person incoming client requests resolving issues escalating appropriate internal stakeholders e g Financing
- Master contractual compliance Be expert on client contracts SLAs penalties internal ways working e.g.PO processes ensuring right application terms
- Pitch benefits platform conduct demos educate clients managing operations independently li Partner with Account Managers Build strong collaboration AMs acting Subject Matter Expert SME renewals PO management supporting business delivery
