The Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team has a strong cross-functional role in the Luxury & Lifestyle division, to support the brands, strengthen Accor's positioning on this market and boost high margin revenue to the L&L hotels.

**Objectifs**:
Le Inside Sales Specialist assiste l'équipe Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle Europe dans le business quotidien et assiste au développement et à l'animation commercial de nos partenaires.
**Roles & Responsibilités**:
- Promouvoir le portefeuille global d'hôtels Accor Luxe et Lifestyle
- Liaison étroite avec les hôtels et marques pour le business quotidien, la stratégie de vente et les actions
- Répondre aux demandes des clients via les différents canaux de communication
- Maintenir à jour notre CRM ANAIS (Salesforce)
- Capacité à résoudre les requêtes générales de distribution et de commission
- Faciliter la communication avec les partenaires, y compris les mises à jour des offres, des promotions et des actualités
**Qualifications**:
- BAC +3/5
- Une première expérience professionnelle en hôtellerie ou tourisme
- Anglais courant professionnel
- Connaissance pratique de Office 365
- Connaissance des systèmes et des procédures de gestion de bureautique
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à hiérarchiser la charge de travail quotidienne
- Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite
- Discrétion et confidentialité
