- Support the Intl / US distribution platform in all clients related questions on sustainability
- Follow markets evolutions, trends and regulatory developments and perform summary analysis for the team and to educate Sales
- Responsible for conducting research on the sustainable finance industry, regulations, and competitive landscape and present the information in a clear and concise way
- Work in close collaboration with the affiliates (on products, initiatives, sustainability developments etc.) and synthetize affiliates information in a coherent and consistent approach
- Help to educate clients/sales on the breadth of sustainability products and solutions that NIM multi-affiliates model offers
- Contribute to late-stage RFP processes and work closely with the RFPs team to help improve RFPs & Surveys answers, especially NIM/affiliates positioning
- Update BDUs teams to ensure they have adequate knowledge regarding sustainability developments (i.e. regulatory changes, client expectations)
- Contribute to various power points presentations and able to convey information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
- Understand the industry, regulatory, and competitive landscape
- Other ad hoc analyses and project work as requested

This individual must be highly collaborative and is expected to work closely with the other members of Sales and support teams across Natixis Investment Managers and the affiliated investment managers, globally.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
• Passionate about Sustainability, well-versed in material and emerging trends and norms.
• Master degree candidate, preferably with specialization in finance, Economics, sustainable development or in a related field
• Curious and thorough researcher, you are able to deliver timely, fresh insights into new and emerging sector specific ESG trends relating to climate, SDGs, and societal challenges and biodiversity.
• You are technically savvy and innovative, bringing new ways to assess ESG performance around key metrics using both conventional and unconventional data.
• Ability to synthesize information, writing insights or papers, and presenting it in a distilled manner.
• Innovative, proactive and forward-thinking approach
• Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and shifting priorities
• Able to navigate withing a complex organization with limited day to day supervision
• Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive, "can do" attitude
• Fluent in English and French
