• Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Implementing Corporate Talent Acquisition strategies in your country

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have a proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• You are passionate and with a positive attitude
• You are curious and want to know everything about people
• You are familiar with French labor laws and recruitment practices
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• You speak French and English fluently
