What will the role entail?

HR Services

Responsibility for providing day to day support and guidance to the HR Services (ARH) team across France
Direct Managerial responsibility for the HR Services (ARH) team in Puteaux
Provide HR Services support for HR and the executive committee.
Design and deliver HR processes to support HR initiatives in compliance with local employment legislation
Oversee workforce administration for France:
Complete and timely data maintained in all HR Systems
Supporting associate / manager inquiries and processing requests following the required process and procedure
Troubleshooting and providing expertise and guidance for complex issues
Ensure relevant correspondence is issued throughout the employee lifecycle such as contractual agreements and changes to terms and conditions.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Regional HR delivery teams and other key stakeholders such as Payroll

The Requirements - what's important to us**- An experienced HR professional, with operational and administrative experience across a broad spectrum of areas

Must have a strong service mindset and the ability to adapt and adjust on short notice to fast changing environments
Experience as a collaborative team lead, who is comfortable managing a large team and who can hold the team accountable for deliverables and foster a continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a wide range of technology, HR systems and admin/recruiting tools
Demonstrated flexibility to work on multiple work streams with a variety of different deadlines, outcomes and objectives
