**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
Manage portfolios in the Fixed for AXA Main Funds, participate and contribute to the investment process.

Be part of the management team for Core Fixed Income portfolios (Credit+govies) assume responsibility and services provided by AXA FI to AXA Group for Main Funds under the leadership of the Head of FI for AXA Main Funds.

The PM will manage in partnership with the PMs of the team clients' requests and meetings:

- Within the Fixed Income division of AXA IM, manage Main Funds' portfolios for AXA
- Actively Contribute to the investment process dedicated to AXA
- Work very closely with our Client AXA Entities, understand his needs and his local constraints
- Integrate ESG requirements for AXA in the investment process
- Provide FI services to the relevant AXA client in close coordination with the other teams in charge of AXA portfolios
- Contribute to the generation and implementation of investment strategies across funds (country allocation, duration/curve positioning, credit allocation and selection (SSA / corporate / financials)
- communicate market views proactively with colleagues and among Fixed Income
- Actively work with RI team and analysts to implement ESG initiatives.
- Accountable for compliance with all AXA IM, Client and Regulatory rules, policies and procedures

Ensure that training and competence required levels are achieved/maintained in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

**Votre profil**:
**Education/Qualifications**
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or engineering
- CFA / other technical qualifications a plus

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in Fixed Income Portfolio Management
- Good knowledge of credit / SSA
- Sustainability experience to support and help ESG initiatives
- Experience in presenting investment themes to colleagues / clients

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Passion for bond markets and macroeconomy
- excellent knowledge of Fixed Income markets (Government, credit but also credit derivatives )
- Experience in dealing with large institutional clients on their various needs
- Well-developed marketing, presentational and client relations skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Bloomberg terminal, Expert level on Excel and Tableau Software.
- Appetite to innovate and contribute to improve IT tools and processes.
