    Job Description

    Main objectives:

    • Support the FP&A team in the consolidation and preparation of accurate and insightful financial reports (Revenue, P&L, KPIs, Balance Sheet) for actuals, forecast and budget. (Reporting Package)
    • Participate in the various analyses of actual variances versus all reporting cycles in order to track business performance and identify potential trends.
    • Focus on the Brand Portfolio by markets and Group in order to develop a set of reports and analysis to track the performance.
    • Help the FP&A Team in preparing the presentations and supporting materials for the Board members and Shareholders. Responsible to ensure the data accuracy and analytics, respecting the processes and deadlines
    • Gain knowledge on the financial and group reporting tools by contributing to the Qliksense project in order to develop insightful performance dashboards for the Group finance community. (Assist within the tools mapping (SAP FC), data accuracy and dashboards/reports creation)
    • Assist the FP&A team with spot ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations and projects. Be able to follow up cross-team topics
    • Assist in driving continuous improvement of the FP&A team and its output so it will become one of the core teams of Europcar Mobility Group known for creation of insights and performance reviews.

    MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

    Your main missions are:

    • Collect, monitor and analyze monthly performance with the FP&A team on the main strategic analytical dimensions of the P&L
    • Ensure the quality of the financial data and statistics available in the presentations by performing verifications and triangulations
    • Prepare and analyze data for business performance
    • Reports, both standard (part of the monthly reporting cycle) as well as ad hoc reporting
    • Assist the preparation of financial statements and ad hoc reports for the Group Executive Committee, the Supervisory Board and external stakeholders
    • Improve financial and operational processes (and system changes) through identifying and leveraging best practices
    • Stimulate the use of tools like qliksense in the finance community
    • strong team player and willing to go the extra mile

    • Central finance team (especially with Market controllers and consolidation team)
    • Group functions (marketing, sales and strategy)
    Qualifications

    PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER

    Previous experiences:

    • 2-3 years in Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis or Audit

    Education level:

    • University degree

    Languages:

    • Fluent English
    • Any other is valued

    Computer skills:

    • Masters Excel and Powerpoint
    • Knowledge of AP Finance Consolidation is valued
    • Knowledge of BI (Qliksense) and EPM is valued
