Job description:


  • The security leader is the security field reference for the group, additionally, with a direct responsibility for the Bruges "expertise center" site.
  • The protection of ACC employees, sites, assets, projects in progress, as well as sensitive information, represents nowadays a necessity for our company development.
  • Security encompasses all active and passive measures allowing ACC to guard itself against, and react to, any kind of intentional malicious action, both in material and immaterial fields.
  • The Security Leader is in charge of overseeing security policies, procedures and operations for ACC business in countries. He/she contributes to the performance and value creation of the country by guaranteeing the protection of ACC, assets, sites, projects and sensitive information and by implementing crisis management processes.
  • He/she reports to the HSES director.
  • He/she is responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing security measures to ensure a secure environment for ACC people, assets, sites, projects and activities,
  • Implementing measures to ensure economic security and to protect Alstom sensitive information within his / her area of responsibility,
  • Rolling out crisis management processes and a dedicated organization in this area.

  • HQ Bruges

Main missions:


  • Deploy and adapt the group security policies at a country level.
  • Manage and update as needed the security network within the group.
  • Anticipate threats and assess security risks for the group.
  • Follow up the political, economic and security situation in the area.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to ACC Comex and ensure coordination with all security stakeholders (external and internal).
  • Serve as liaison for security related topics with French embassies and consulates throughout the countries.
  • Implement and update the relevant security organizations and measures for the different projects and countries.
  • Deploy security directives and control the effectiveness of their implementation within countries.
  • Manage the drafting, implementation and updating of the different country / site security plans and all the needed security documentation.
  • Draft and implement country crisis management procedures according to the group crisis management policy.
  • Act as the Emergency Response Group Coordinator when activated and support the crisis leader.
  • Manage security crisis and serious incidents at group level.
  • Define and organize Security awareness actions for the group.

Profile:


Know how

  • Indepth knowledge of international security environment and security issues,
  • Knowledge of geopolitical and security situation and stakes,
  • Advanced knowledge of information protection,
  • Crisis management ability,
  • Experience in drafting security plans,
  • Ability to adapt to constant change, to manage multiple tasks and to deal with complex, stressful situations,
  • Excellent written and synthesizing skills in both French and English,
  • Strong analytical skills, propensity for details and accuracy,
  • Informationsharing skills.
  • Multicultural sensitivity
  • Analysis and synthesis, listening, team spirit, determination, adaptability, courage.
  • Knowhow and behavior adapted to the required relational level
  • Experience in the security corps, army or specialized company

Experience

  • Operational experience / Team management / Prevention practice
  • Knowledge of the industrial world and of intellectual and industrial property. Personal protection knowledge.

Qualifications

(diplomas, languages )

  • Master's degree in business, international relations, security or any geopolitical and security related topics.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
