Role

We are seeking a Concrete Blocks Production Operator (M/F) to join our subsidiary. As a mason, you will play an essential role in the completion of our construction projects (concrete block manufacturing...) and actively contribute to our company's growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate the machine (self-propelled concrete mixer)

• Perform checks and manage dosages

• Manage block production

• Handle shipments

• Load trucks

• Maintain the workstation

• Adhere to safety procedures

• Collaborate with the team to successfully complete projects within deadlines and quality standards.

• Perform repairs and maintenance work on existing concrete structures if necessary.

This position offers:

• Permanent contract - 35 hours from Monday to Friday

• €2045 gross/month on 13 months

• Salary package (legal benefits, health insurance (50%))

• Meal vouchers (if necessary for the service)

• Overtime hours compensated (if needed for the service)

Profile

If you are passionate and have the required experience and skills in concrete manufacturing and dosing, we would be delighted to welcome you to this new team.

You have:

• Driving license (mandatory)

• Caces R386, R482E, R482F (would be a plus)

• In-depth knowledge of different types of concrete, their characteristics, and applications.

• Ability to efficiently use and maintain tools and equipment related to concrete work.

• Familiarity with safety standards in the construction industry.

• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules according to project needs, as well as possible travel.
