    Description

    The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.

    Your Role

    Within the HR governance, the Remuneration and Mobility Coordinator for Europe and America is responsible to facilitate international mobility within the organization (in that region) and is also the main point of contact for mobility questions. In particular, this function involves being in charge of the mobility case analysis and the coordination until its implementation.

    Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

    Mission Description


    • Run the immigration operations required to onboard a newcomer, as well as anticipating the process to follow, timeline and costs;


    • Collect the relevant data and keep the system updated based on the mobility information gathered;


    • Build and improve our internal tools, as well as be active from a knowledge management perspective;


    • Contribute to ongoing department projects that require immigration inputs.


    • Assist in managing relationships with vendors;


    • Collaborate to improve our group processes, policies and tools;

    Profile Requirement


    • You have a Master's degree in Law / International HR / Mobility


    • Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.


    • Ideally you have a relevant 1st experience in International Mobility, focused on immigration.


    • You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging international environment


    • Strong business acumen & strong attention to detail
